Get off the damn internet and Facebook and be a parent. Friends and the internet are ruining kids and parents turn their heads and let these kids do whatever they want just so they don’t have to be bothered. You give them your phone or a tablet when they are babies to be babysitters. Parents today are lazy and don’t care, just as long as they don’t have to do anything. Kids explore, they learn from their friends. Know who your kids are with, take the time to meet the parents. When the kid gets pregnant these mothers are so thrilled to be a grandparent.
I won’t give them a chance to do anything like that!! I am extremely open with my children about sex relationships and whatever else comes their way!! My oldest is 25 and still single and a virgin… his other brothers didn’t start until they were over 18… but then again I am very pro active about what they are allowed to do… no conversations on the phone no visitors at my house!! You better not!! I don’t accept bad behavior at all!! And I am crazy like kick in doors crazy!! Call the cops crazy!! You better be where I tell you to be!! Or you will rue the day you played with me!!

I would cry by myself first. Then I would take her to planned parenthood for BC. I would try and talk with and listen to her.

Get her on birth control right away. Counsel her about stds and pregnancy. Once she starts it’s unlikely she will stop.
If it’s a boy, he also needs to be counseled about std and pregnancy.
If the partner is much older, it can be statutory rape.

Yes she is very young totally agreed girls tend to be more matured than boys so get heron the pill prevention sex comes with responsibles as a parent she is not ur prisoner treat her as an adult if she wants to do adult things straight up. Get a pregnancy test and STD TESTS AND THEN START EDUCATING HEAVILY and now you know you can’t trust her…12 year old is not mature enough to have an intimate relationship… when word gets out to their friends and other boys… they are called easy etc… there is nothing ok with having sex at age 12 or even 14 … they are not mature for the consequences

My daughter was 15 when her younger sister squealed on her. I had the talk with her at about 12 or 13 however she was intimidated by a young man who though she was in love with. I told her back then if she ever had the urge to have sex before marriage come talk to me first. Her reply was Dad I made him wear protection just like you taught me. My bad. She wound up marrying three times. “ bad judge in men” then was killed in an auto accident in her 30’s and left me three boys to raise. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Outrage that a child that young is having sex. Where are the parents at when this is going on? This is definitely blame on the parents part. A child should not even be alone with the opposite sex at that age period without anyone else being around. I would never even give my child the opportunity to have sex at that age little on be understanding about it. Ridiculous!
At this point you have to make them aware of all dangers take them to the clinics have them sit in at AIDS lectures etc…Try to keep them in community activities and volunteer with the elderly so that they maybe able to understand some reasons and things to make them know there is more to life than sex at this point yelling and screaming won’t help. The lines of communication need to be open and as real as it gets…Good luck hope it works out…

First off birth control and complete sex education. Then try to be understanding and make sure they know you as are a safe place they can come to talk so you can be as involved as possible henceforth. In order to keep them safe you have to know all the information and you won’t get that with from them if you’re not 100% honest and level headed. Be her safe place because this world is anything but.

This is not just to blame on video games and tv this has been going on for years upon years some cultures still to this day marry young, you can easily do research and even back in the 1800s women were married at as young as 12 years old and boys at 14 this doesn’t mean for everyone but this isn’t a new thing and no I’m not saying it is appropriate but quit blaming parents or pretending you are a perfect parent. Anything can happen and we never know everyone’s full situation.
No condemnation. Talk. Talk talk. Seek professional help for her and family. Don’t shame her. Get her to gyne dr too. She needs educated about her body.

Ask questions about the person. Male or female age. Take to dr get a physical get them some form of birth control. Check for stds she has started. And she not gonna stop. Protection.
