I’me willing to help anyone out with a few press ups x
I went through 2 years / 4 fertility treatments to have our 1st son… he was born 2 months before I turned 40; and then I got pregnant naturally and had my 2nd son at 43!! Ok I’m a little tired (they are now 10 and 7…I’m 50!) but it’s amazing! Go for it!
Go for it. Got pregnant with my “miracle” son at 42. No treatment, just a wonderful surprise as I was told I couldn’t get pregnant) He’s now 33 and he’s amazing. It has been a wonderful ride!!!
Is posible I was 44 when I got pregnant with my only child. I didn’t have any complication and she is perfect healthy.
I would say pretty good with the right doctors and lots of money
Many factors are involved .
Are you a normal BMI wt or close?
Do you exercise?
Do you eat nutritionally balanced meals? Avoid sugar?
Drink plenty of water?
Take multivitamin , Vit D , ?
Have regular normal menstrual periods?
History of Mom having late menopause.?
Avoid smoking and drinking?
Partner have healthy habits?
If answering no to any of these , your chances are lessened.
Pretty good, I would say. I say that because my youngest was born when I was 43. Lol
My mom had her 12th child at 40. My mother-in-law at 43.
Good, if you are female with intact uterus and actively ovulating ovaries
It’s not an issue of “can I get pregnant in my 40’s ?” for all women. If you’re ovulating and healthy, there’s always a chance; although every year your fertility declines after about age 35.
It’s an issue of egg quality.
Miscarriage risk and chromosomal abnormalities increase with age.
For example: The chance of having a child with Down syndrome increases over time. The risk is about 1 in 1,250 for a woman who conceives at age 25. It increases to about 1 in 100 for a woman who conceives at age 40.
I would recommend talking to your OB/Gyn and DEFINITELY scheduling a consultation with a Reproductive Endocrinologist. They can do baseline fertility testing to determine where you are with your chances of conceiving naturally and with fertility treatments. If IVF is recommended, then genetic testing can be done on the embryos so that you can choose the embryo without chromosomal abnormalities and have the best chance at a pregnancy and healthy baby!
Good Luck!
Also … whether trying to conceive naturally or with fertility treatments, I recommend this book:

I’m 60 and have a 39, 38, 30 and at 45 my son now 14 . We both are healthy and no test done on me.
Yes very possible. This should be a discussion with your doctor
I don’t know but I did at 42.
There is a risk of extra chromosome for anybody 40 or higher
I was 43 when I had my daughter

How often are you having sex?
Depends on how hard you are trying.
