I wouldn’t stock up on anything until birth because then you can check for allergies & which brands you like best… once you find one you like then stock up but I personally never did because he changed sizes so fast… he’s 6 months old now in size 4 diapers the same size as my 3 year old! You just never really know
Hello Bello has a subscription box. You can order two different sizes. And they are safe products. They ship to you every 5 weeks I believe, we love them. My kids were only in newborns for a little while. I’d get bigger sizes.
I spent thousands on hello bello and honest co. and they all suck! Best diapers ever, Costco brand! Get some newborn, my second baby was 9’10oz and he only wore newborn for 3 weeks same with clothes, size 1 definitely
Size 2 and 3 you will need the most
For newborns I suggest size 1-3
One box of new born diapers, one of size ones, two of size twos
I legit used one box of newborns and he was in a one after like 3 weeks but a size three is what my son spent the most months in it was a long time it’s different for everyone but I wouldn’t buy a lot of newborn
Stocked up on size 3. The rest they grow outta quick. Alot of wipes ALOOOOOT! you can never go wrong with wipes.
Wait. Trust me you dont want to stock up on diapers because they change size all the time. The only one I ever bought bulk was size 6 because he was in them for years
I would honestly get 1 box of nb I used pampers swaddlers the 120 count by then I bought size 1s my baby was 6lbs 4oz
I got tons of NB for my daughter she grew out right away so with my son i got 1s and 2s
Stocking up on diapers is really not good to do because babies change sizes quick and also some babies react differently to different brands. My baby is 4 months old and in a size 3 diaper. I had all Huggies and had to switch to pampers cuz she was getting chapped from huggies. Honestly to start off tho get at least 2 boxes of newborn diapers. Diapers go so fast when they are newborn. I preferred the huggies newborn because they curve around the belly button and don’t touch it. And buy as u go once u know the size and brand Ur baby needs then u can stock up
We have been in newborn nappys and 000s from birth for about a month or 2 we are 3months and now in size 3 huggies nappies. We had 9lb 9lb1 an 9lb6 always measured big and always getting asked to do more glucose tests (im about 5’2" and went into both my first 2 pregnancy’s at 42kg)
I had 2 bags of newborns and 2 of infants to start off with them went to a box of infants then a box of size 3
My girl was born 9lbs 6.6oz we used newborn for a bit then basically skipped out of size 1 and 2 in like 3-4 weeks. She has been in size 3 since she was like 2 and a half months. She’s now 4 months old and gonna be sizing up soon again. my girl is just chunky
I got this off Pinterest
1 box of newborns.
3 boxes of 1s
3 boxes of 2
4boxes of 3
Stock up but dont take anything out of the box. Incase one brand doesn’t work or you have too many of one size.
You can exchange boxes of diapers at walmart and pay the difference. Or return to target without a receipt for a in store card.
I only got two packs of NB. He grew fast and was in 1s before I knew it. Get a couple of every size
i got 2 boxes of 1s and 2 boxes of 2s
A few newborns but mostly size 1
Get small packs of newborn my grandson went to size 1 at 6 weeks
I just had my 4th son 2 1/2 weeks ago. We went through about 140 NB diapers (pampers are smaller the huggies)… we always use tons of size 1 and 2. We never stock up on size 3.
I would get more size 1 and 2 then newborn. I still have leftover newborn diapers from my first and baby 3 is due in august and my oldest turns 3 at the end of the month
Out of my 3 kids only 1 could wear new born diapers. My smallest baby was 7 pound 10 ounces and biggest was 8 pounds 6 ounces. I wouldn’t stock up on diapers personally. All 3 of mine changed sizes at different ages. If you do stock up, I’d make sure to leave them in the boxes so you can exchange what may not be used later. I know some people who buy gift cards just for diaper/wipe purchases. Also if you stock up there is no guarantee that your baby can wear a particular brand. I had 2 of my babies who couldnt wear specific brands.
Size one and a few newborn
Mine went through approximately:
6 boxes of newborns
10-12 boxes of 1’s
14 boxes of 2’s
16 boxes of 3’s
And then about 20 boxes of 4’s
(I wouldn’t even recommend stocking up, it’s actually funny to think back when I was pregnant and I was sooo delusional thinking I could get a real stockpile up! I would just have a savings fund for them… we easily bought 2 boxes a week most of the time for $30 a box)
Mine went straight to size 1 he was measuring 2-3 weeks ahead
I always buy preemie diapers for Atleast the first week, I have had most of my 7 kids “measure ahead” but then my biggest was only 7lbs 6oz still lol. I prebought diapers with each of my kids and always bought Atleast a few small packs of preemie and then a huge box of newborn and two huge boxes of size 1. Usually it worked out perfectly.
I stocked up on size one and two
They grow out of newborn fast
I’ve never been a fan of stocking up on diapers. They change sizes so quickly, and can have adverse reactions to certain brands. Id say do a box of new born and a box of 1’s and then tuck diaper money aside instead.
I would say stock up on 4s they are in other sizes for about 3-5 months. My last baby was in 2t-3t pull ups at 1 yr and 2 mos old
If you buy from Walmart and the size doesn’t fit they will exchange for the right size
Ones and 2s cause they grow out of newborns so fast… well my boys were both almost 10lbs wearing size 1 as soon as they were born so lol
My 2 year old was in size 5 by 14 months and my almost 1 year old is in size 5 since 9 months old lol
Don’t bother with newborn, my son went straight into size 1. But I’d say stick up in size 5 for the future, he went into that size at 5 months old and wore it for a good year before he went to size 6.
My babies were both in newborn diapers forever! We just went through 5 packs with our youngest. I liked to stock up on other sized throughout my pregnancy and buy newborns closer to the end…then I’d tape the receipt to the back of the package and only open them as I need them. Easy to return later! Or save them if you plan to have more babies!
My little one was in newborn till she was 3 months
Don’t buy newborn diapers, when you are in the hospital, stash those in your bag to take home each night so they restock in the morning. They have to throw them out anyway if you don’t take them. Start with size1. Coupon and save for size 3 and size 5. We used these the longest!
