Age 2 7pm…age 7 and 5 730pm…age 14 930pm this is for school week, weekends the same for the baby but rest kids are out by 11pm the weekend
That’s a bit extreme. My son is 12 and can stay up till 2am on weekends and 10pm on school nights. He wakes up at 6:45am
