First off, I wouldn’t stand for going to “adult entertainment” spots. Second, if you believe brain damage is hindering his ability to make decisions, I’d talk to him about it and do research on the injured area. Third, he’s not too busy if he’s not working or taking care of other responsibilities that cannot involve you.
