The mere fact that you are worrying about this is a red flag that something is wrong. He will lie to you or accuse you of being crazy and that you have made this up in your mind to take the focus off of him. Love should always bring out the best in you not the worst. Trust your instincts. Leave and save yourself the drama that can physically make you sick. You deserve the best. Don’t settle for less.
