And from here on out, don’t let anyone just move in with you without a job and especially if you’re feeling lonely or looking for a father figure for your child, and especially if they’re not contributing to the household. That’s a good way to get played and sucked in with a user and abuser. Learn from this. And then find out what your state’s/county’s/city’s laws are regarding him living there. In some places if a person receives mail at that address or if they’ve been there for a certain amount of time, you’ll have to legally evict them. And in some places, you can just throw their crap out if they’re not on the lease or title. So with that said, don’t worry about whether or not he’s got somewhere to go, because he should’ve considered that before doing that, and I can almost guarantee he’s got someone lined up he’s planning on using the same way too. So he better be asking for a roof over his head instead of nudes. But get him out NOW! Don’t listen to his lies and certainly don’t believe that bs, because that’s all it is. Bs!

Does he even have the right to live there? If you rent was it cleared by the landlord for him to live there?
If you feel you don’t have the right, read over your lease contract and ask your landlord.

But in Texas after staying there 3 days, they’re considered residents. 
And you have to evict him.
It actually happened to me. And everything was in my name also. He also had no job (don’t ever date a man that today’s job less for longer than tops a month) he was abusive. Even called the cops on him because he ended up hitting me. And they said that being he stayed here for longer than 3 days. He’s considered a resident. But they will make him leave for tonight. But if he comes back they can’t force them to leave.
You never need to rationalize your decisions to others. He’s out.

This is truly what is going on with these young women, just letting dudes suck the life out of them and use them. Truly disturbing. And this includes my own daughter, similarities in the situation. These boys were not raised correctly. And they take advantage of women. They were either mommy’s boy’s or barely raised at all, expecting everyone else to take care of them.

You need to research The residential rights of your state. In Ohio, anyone at a residence with anything more than an overnight bag of their belongings is considered a resident with full rights to lawfully stay as long as they want, unless an official eviction is filed with the county court. Also, an official eviction can allow the person being evicted to continue to reside at said residence for up to 90days after being served.

Yes, kick him tf out. The only chance he would have to stay is if he had mail there in his name and he took you to court. In some states having mail is enough to cause you to have to file an actual eviction on him and then he would have 30 days to get out. But I doubt he’s smart enough for that… so just throw his shit out and change your locks.

Depends on the state. If Massachusetts if someone gets mail and is listed at a residence after so many weeks they are legally a resident and you must go through an eviction process.
