Yup…all the time. He also makes me coffee before he leaves to work and sets it by my bedside.
I get up with him at 4:30 in the morning since I have to pump by 5am for our LO anyway and we hug, kiss, wish each other a good day. I’d probably be hurt if we decided not to do that anymore unless one of us got an overnight / early shift job I guess. Definitely more normal to kiss goodbye than to not to.

This post is just gonna make you feel like ass lol, it did me after reading all the comments 
mine only does sometimes if I’m awake but if I’m sleeping he will just leave me alone. He leaves at like 5-6 am.
However, My previous boyfriend died in a work accident while I was pregnant with our daughter and I’m thankful for the goodbyes because he never came home again.
maybe that’s something you can point out to him, anything can happen and it would make you feel more comfortable if he said goodbye.
Worth a shot but again from my experience in the moment, some guys just aren’t the lovey dovey type and don’t think that all this extra effort is needed

Every day, even if he’s just taking a quick trip to the store!! He also makes sure our children get hugs and kisses too. Not just out of love but we never know when our last day on earth is. Taking a few seconds to kiss & hug your partner and children shouldn’t be treated like it’s an inconvenience or not important.

Every single day. If he leaves first he hunts me down and gives me loves (hugs & kisses & I love yous), if I leave first I hunt him down and do the same. I learned when I was younger to never take for granted that you’ll see someone again. I lost someone near and dear to me… the last thing I said to them was, “I’ll explain it when I see ya again”… I never told them bye or I love you or nothing… they died in a car wreck on their way to work. I’ll never repeat that mistake again in my life. My kids and my man will always hear how I feel no matter what when we part.

Every time. My husband will come through and kiss me even on his early days when I’m still asleep when he leaves. And I work nights, but I go through the house hugging and kissing everyone before I leave. My kids have seen my husband and I hug/kiss and say goodbye/I love you so often that they expect it before either of us leaves as well.
Yes finally. When my husband and I first started dating he did every time we left. Than after a few years it stopped. I talked to him n told him that’s very important to me that we kiss n let eachother know before we leave no matter what. Now we’ve been married 12 years and always do
