How to flip breech baby?

Currently, 36 weeks pregnant with my third child and just found out my baby is breech. The first two children (14yr and 3yr) were vaginal deliveries, with no issues. Obgyn suggested researching different ways to try and get the baby to flip at home and would check to see progress at next week’s appointment. I did some exercises yesterday, and I felt like I was going to end up putting myself into labor. I also suggested ECV (External Cephalic Version) procedure if I wanted; otherwise, a section would be scheduled. I don’t really have anyone to help me after the birth, so I’m very concerned about how things are going to be if I’m recovering from a C-section. So questions are 1.) Has anyone had success flipping baby at home? 2.) Experience with ECV? 3.) What can I expect if I do have to have the section? Thank you so much!

Lots of women elect for ECV i would give it a try if baby hasn’t flipped with at home exercise. If baby flips back then you have no choice
