āQuick-Deedā the house to them (give them full ownership) some states donāt require money exchange. Put house pymt $$$ in to new savings (for ur own place when you have enough saved). Tell them you can no longer do this alone & at the very least transfer utilities to them but continue to āhelpā them pay them for a bit.
Start with full for month or two. When the house, now in their name, starts to fall behind reducing to half on utilities.
At this point, hopefully, you have stepped back from doing sooo much for them. Maybe start talking about a new job, or new love, that would give you a good reason to move a long distance awayā¦without them (good reason for Quick-Deed).
I know this a terrible situation you are in. If I were you & managed to ā"get awayā",ā¦ I would forget I Have that sister. And get a new phone number!!

Get a place to stay temporarily and move out immediately- Do not pay a Bill one - if the power bill, cable, internet or anything else in your name cut it off - Immediately after you leave - see a lawyer about selling the house - find out your rights to buy them out or sell whichever is best deal !

Start praying about this everyday and I believe a way will be shown. We went through a similar situation with an inheritance. We signed papers over to a family member under false pretenses and we were out $25,000. I prayed about finding justice on a regular basis, and eventually, by some miracle, the papers returned to us to be signed again because there was an error in processing. We were given a second chance by the grace of God but it took 6 months of praying for a resolution to get there. A solution will find its way through your prayers. Best of luck!

Get them removed from deeds if possible
If you can afford to move release yourself from the mortgage if they want to stay they must buy you out if you are all on the contract or you sell your portion to them they must pay all the mortgage at least that is my opinion
Time to pull up stakes. Sell that house and move.

Keep track of all the payments you have made towards the purchase of the home. Start recording everything even the conversations when you ask them when they plan to pay their part of the bills then get a lawyer to get them off the deed

U have been too nice for to longā¦ let ur mates come over, who cares if they dnt talk to you! Who cares if ur mates tell other ppl they smell. They are old enough to look after them selfās. You pay the bills, you do what u want. Write on a piece of paper what things cost, then when they complain just say nothing and hand them the piece of paper and say complain wen u pay. Start looking at other places. Leave them laid about. So it looks like u are looking else where. Do what u can to try and trick them. Let them know that wen u leave they will pay the morage, just anything. Start saying no to them aswell. X
If they are on the deed but not contributing any money towards the mortgage canāt you take them to court for that? If they can provide proof of payment but you can that should help, no? Then they either have to pay you all the money they owe or leave.
Sounds like youāre screwed and stuck with them. Iāve had ppl stay with me and not once considered putting their name on anything. Family is the first to try and screw your over.
By mindset, you mean declining? Get them to retirement homes, get out from under your mortgage. Thereās always a way. Donāt worry about your niece. Do it before she appoints herself their guardian. Go live in

This is exactly why I live alone. Sell what you have and move on
