I read that watermelon helps. I’d also try to get Zofran. There’s another anti nausea Rx, but I forget what it’s called. Good luck!
You must eat something. Nausea and vomiting is the worst on an empty stomach. Set your alarm clock 30 minutes before you’re scheduled to wake up. Eat something like plain toast or a few bites of banana and wait 30 minutes. Then try to eat a meal. The best remedy is to not let yourself get hungry because it makes nausea exponentially worse!
If this doesn’t work take a Unisom (doxylamine) and pyridoxine (vitamin B6) it’s a safe combination approved for pregnancy and available to you to buy. It’s an anti nausea medication. If those doesn’t work you can ask for a Zofran (ondansetron) prescription. They should be able to prescribe this without you going into the office. They should be able to electronically send it to your pharmacy.
Fresh fruits and fresh vegetables are also usually the most tolerable during the first trimester. Your body craves fresh.
See if your doctor will give you meds. I had Zofran with 2of my kids.
