I need ideas on how to be tighter after four kids

Please don’t judge or laugh, but after having 4 children i am quite wide down there, I can’t even barely feel my partner, he is younger than and im so scared he’s going to leave me, I know it seems silly and with so much going on in the world for to be so hung up on something that may not be a big deal to others, but it has at times made me feel like leaving this world. I’ve done kegal stuff I even bought a tenns machine, but nothen really changing, it’s really getting me down , I ripped really bad with my first and had to have so many stitches , but some ripped, and was never fixed, but after my fourth baby it’s just worse, any one else ever felt the same

I have heard that you can have a surgical procedure done. I believe a specialty plastic surgeon is needed and that it is very expensive-good luck

Kegals… but we all get wet loose and slippy when we’re enjoying stuff, so after four kids with one man, if you still like him, he cannot expect a tight little poonany because that’s life…. But he can get a wet sloppy freaky deekie nah? … nvm maybe I’m
No help but that’s the truth

You can ask your obgyn for a pelvic floor restoration. Childbirth is something that causes weakness in those muscles. Most insurances will cover it if done by obgyn for “medical reasons “ rather than cosmetic. Usually weak bladder, ect. Easily covered. Look into it. I wasn’t loose - but did have bladder issues and the doc actually mentioned it to me and said my pelvic floor seemed weak after child birth- it and it was like being a virgin again afterwards . Just saying. Best surgery I ever had. Not “rejuvenated” but medically “restored pelvic muscles.

There is surgery for this. I know it could be pricey but there is rejuvenation you can look into. Hope you get the help to make yourself feel better

Keigels! Tighten up your muscles like you are trying to stop a pee. The more you do this the more you tighten your pelvic floor and inner muscles.

I would honestly either look into plastic surgery which is expensive, or honestly just sitting your man down and having that conversation even if it is embarrassing, if the relationship is solid he shouldn’t care or he should give you some insight.

Maybe talk to your doctor about seeing a pelvic rehabilitation specialist, alot of women dont know how to actually do keigals right and can make things worse by toning the wrong muscles or just doing nothing at all, its like physical therapy in alot of ways and theres exercises other than keigles that are more effective

She’s done kegals already

Pelvic floor PT, I needed 8 month after each kiddo due to SPD and partial bladder prolapse.

Unfortunately, the only timing that I know if that is 100% effective is surgery. You get get your vagina tighten internally and externally. I heard it’s really painful though. I would talk to you Gyno about different options you may have.

You could do keegals (how ever it’s spelled) and benwa balls (I bought mine off amazon, but you can ask a pure romance or some one like that also to get them)… or as above said pelvic rehab and ect. I’m having my 4th baby in January. And I just do the exercise and use the balls (there are different weights for them and kinds so if you choose that do your research first on what works for you.)

This isn’t uncommon in women Reguardless of how many kids you’ve had
Try some pelvic floor exercises
Also do half a wee in the loo
Hold the rest for 30 seconds and then let the rest go
Increase the time by 10 seconds every few days as that will help to tighten the pelvic muscles

You need to give it time to go back go normal

Have you spoke to him about it? What you are feeling is not what he is feeling.

You can go to your obgyn that delivered your children and he or she will repair it I had to have it done a week after giving birth to my second child 14 years ago because he didn’t stitch it all the way back up to normal he did it in a quick office visit and felt no pain and my insurance covered it

The more aroused you get the looser woman get so if your tight with your man it mean your not enjoying it , if in general try at home excerises for it

You need to talk to your partner about how you are feeling. Please don’t ever feel that worried about your body the way you look is a lot more beautiful then you think. You’ve had 4 children be kind to yourself.

Not a laughing matter. I’m sorry you’re going through this. Have you tried talking to your doctor (OB) about it? They might have advice to help! Or be able to repair your old stitches! You’re not alone in this. Try talking to your partner about it too, don’t let this eat you up alone. Honestly even though you might not be feeling him, I’m sure he has no idea, and he’s still enjoying himself lol. Good luck!

I have an Elvie - it’s a small egg shaped thing that goes inside you and it links to an app on your phone - you can set it to whatever strength you want and it helps guide your kegals and builds your pelvic floor. I was recommended it by my midwife. I’ve had four children, a set of twins vaginally and they tore that shit up :rofl: Elvie really helped me xx

Go see your Dr. Chances are you need a repair done or you’ve nerve damage .

Never look down on yourself you had 4 beautiful children you are blessed some people can’t have kids. And if you man does that then he doesn’t care bout you sit him down and talk to him and tell him how you feel and let him no how you are feeling. It’s worth it .

You saying you’re scared he’s going to leave…over sex?? It’s a bit ridiculous. You both have four kids and if he makes you feel that bad about not having sex with him, he does not respect you or the relationship 🤷

Pelvic floor exercises will do the trick

See your doctor. They also make this product called Virgin. It’s in a tiny bottle. It takes a pea size amount and lasts 24 hours. I’ve been with my husband 19 years and three kids. You won’t feel the tightness but he will and won’t know why. My first time using it my husband made a comment how tight I felt. He does not know about the product. It’s my secret

I definitely don’t think it has a lot to do with how many kids you have had personally I’ve had four babies and well I can’t even use tampons those bad boys are to big :woman_shrugging:t3: I did the whole keegles thing not sure if that makes a difference but I do know you can go get that fixed  to if you have the extra income i believe it’s like 4,500 to get get all that tighten back up for appearance or you can talk to OBGYN and if you have super weak wall or something and really weak bladder they will tighten up everything inside to make thing better

Do some other exercises… like clam shells and leg lifts

Get a yoni egg and do some kegals.

If he loves you hedging no where. Share your feelings with him and get this demon out of your way.

Keep doing those kegels. Maybe look into Ben wa balls. They can help a lot with kegel exercises

Lack of exercise and water will do that idk how much exercise u u get it how much water you drink but I know that would help.

I’ve had 4 kids and I’ve been told that they can’t tell I have any. I had a job that often required me to work through breaks sometimes so I’ve had to use my kegal muscle to extend the time until I could go. Try increasing the time and frequency of kegal exercises. Good luck

Talk to obgyn. There are surgeries that can help correct that.

Kegels everyday! Tighten your vagina for 5 seconds relax for 10 seconds. Repeat for about 10 minutes. Do this at least twice a day. You’ll be tighter in no time! I’ve also had 4 kids and that’s what my Dr told me to do after my second kid.

Talk to your OBGYN about it

There’s a procedure they can do but I don’t remember name of it

Usually Drs ask if you want the “husband” stitch.

First, a woman can have as many children as she wants and her vagina will never get loose bc is a muscle and it Will go back to its size no matter what. If you are experiencing this problems is bc maybe you have a bigger health problem than being “loose” and it could be your pelvic floor is lower than it should be, and the only way to fix it is visiting a specialist . Keggels are actually not good, you can ask to any specialist and they will tell you the same. Exercise, drink water and proper food can help you .

Giiiiiiiirrrrrrlllll. 3 here and I feel the same! Try Like a Virgin by Pure Romance. Ima test it for the first time. Let’s see if it helps. Ima try some exercises too and straight up ask my gyno if anything can be done because she has brochures that say vaginal rejuvenation and I’m like oookkkkaaaayyy? What is this about? But been scared to ask?! I should huh?

Your vagina actually goes back to normal size after birth. The thing that might be the issue in the case is sensitivity and the nerves. Your muscles down there might just need to be stimulated. I recommend kiegles and maybe just focus on oral sex or other measures for the time being while you are working on your self; maybe Reach out to your doctor if you arent having any luck after a few weeks. Or…just tell your partner, hopefully they will be understanding and work through this with you. Best wishes!

Hormone cream from your doctor

I would say kegal exercises all the time. When your sitting down for a break, up washing dishes or taking care of the kids just waiting in line at the grocery store. Make sure you hold at least 5-10 seconds each time. Also they have some type of weighted balls you insert and you have to keep contracted to keep them in. Never needed to really try anything cause my only child was a csection but I’ve heard other women I work with talk about it.

I know it’s weird but clinching your butt together over and over as it works the piece between your butthole and your vagina, also if you clinch your vagina as well. Squats and sit ups. My first daughter I had 5 stitches, and that’s what I did after my stitches healed and my husband said I feel tighter. My second is only 2 weeks old and already doing the clinching as squats are still a little sore to do…

Kegel exercises also my Dr. Gave me like a machine that you insert that helps you do kegel if your pelvic floor muscles are too weak

Kegals, kegals, kegals! If done correctly will tone everything back up. It sounds more like nerve damage though, even if it was a “tightness” issue you would still feel some sensation. If you aren’t you may have nerve damage from tearing, or if you had an episiotomy. Either way, I’d do my kegals and visit my doctor. Good luck!

I’ve only have 2 but feel this way at times. I do the exercises one a day it does help. There is an amazing woman on YouTube that can help with different positions to do said exercises. Also I get super wet and sometimes that makes for no friction we keep a rag in the bed during sex and I wipe here and there occasionally. That makes a difference for both of us! I hope ya get some peace with this. Have ya visited a “toy” store yet. Don’t be afraid to talk to someone that’s what they are there for. They will point you in the right direction. They have many things designed for women to help with these things. Also if your having sex daily I recommend maybe every other day or 2. This helped us too. Give her the chance to recover from the fun.

I had 4 and have problems being too tight. I would talk to your doctor and I have heard that they have creams and stuff but I don’t know

Pelvic floor physio therapy, you could also talk to your Dr, and get a referral to a specialist for surgery! You may have other medical issues besides, such as prolapse, or muscle damage that can be reconstructed

Kegels do them daily a few times a day…for ever…no vacation for this excersie …it’s not going to work if you just did a few in the past it’s a real commitment daily to this excersie…do it right and enough it will have great results pelvic floor exercises…and water…I also have 4 kids all natural and same as you had to have several stitches after my first and my man has no complaints…in facts his responses physically and verbally tell me that it’s just fine down that away…haha…it’s a daily routine of things to help…kegels are so easy and you can do any where…tbh…I do them every red light I get…or during my tv show…every commercial…they are so easy and simple to add and no one really knows your doing it…and then water…and pelvic floor workouts…look em up…I have an app and spend a bit each morning ( yea I skip some but hey I got 4 kids and it don’t always get done ) but whatever you do it going to need to be done as a regular you can’t do kegels once or twice and have a permanent fix of your vagina for the rest of your life…if only it was that simple haha…but no find a time or situations that you sit and can contract the pelvic muscle and kegels…and do it as a routine…do it several times a day…hell my sis is a smoker…she does kegels when she smokes a cigarette just a few several times a day isn’t to much but is enough to be beneficial and have results

Talk to your OB or primary doc about vaginoplasty. There is a non-invasive technique for vaginoplasty, too.

ThermiVA, non-surgical, no downtime. It rebuilds your collagen down there to make you tighter and if you’re like me & had problems with leaks, ThermiVA takes care of that too. You can find a plastic surgeon near you or call Dr. Lisa Taylor’s office in Oklahoma City at 405-751-1321.

Tens unit and a Kegel wand. They sell on Amazon. It is by far the best, most efficient thing.

Honestly pelvic floor therapy would be the best bet ask your ob and he or she should be able to put you in the right path. I feel like there may be a underlying issue such as low muscle tone. it could be nerve damage or desinsataion. But if keegels is giw you wanna try to fix it, it has to be done daily multiple times a day. I really suggest seeing a pelvic floor therapist.

Pure romance sells ban wan balls also. Give those a try!

If your vagina is “tight”, then you really need to see someone.

For one don’t feel that what you feel self conscious about is invalid. Everyone has something they are self conscious about or want to get rid of no one is perfect. It’s not silly or dumb if it truly bothers you and affects you in some way. Second pelvic floor therapy, Kegals and maybe surgery(depending how bad the tear was) could help you. I’d definitely start with therapy.

I had such a horrific delivery with my son that i felt the same way. It was more muscle damage than anything else and pelvic floor therapy was a game changer. Being honest and fully open with your ob is going to be key into finding the right treatment options for you personally. Good luck!

You need to go have surgery to make yourself feel more confident, and that’s fine! Just go find the right doctor and get it done asap. You’ll feel better about yourself. I’m glad I haven’t experienced that. I did keagles after my humans and I can barley even get my husband in but that’s what worked on me. Lol.
