What can I give my toddler in place of cow's milk?

Try 1% or maybe lactaid milk.

There’s Coconut milk, hemp milk, macadamia milk, oat milk

No need for cow milk. Milk is mucous.

Forget the milk…
Why are you giving a 1 year old juice?

Does cow’s milk really have any benefits besides vitamin D? For human brain growth and development I’ve kept my son on Enfagrow toddler and he’s 2 years old. Anything he’s missing in a diet I don’t have to worry or threat.

I’ve heard great things about goats milk! I’d give it a shot!! Good luck hun

Cows milk was a no go for us as well. We did almond and coconut milk. Maybe try oak milk? It’s a little sweet, so she may take to it a little better.

How about Goats milk?

Are you potty training?

Consult a pediatrician? A nutritionist?

Try 1% or 2% that’s what I did

Have you tried Lactaid milk?

They have lactose free cows milk that could help.

Lactose free has done wonders for my kiddos. I had the same issues with my daughter when she was little. Also give her at least one cup of juice day I’d say. That will help things keep moving

Have you tried Lactaid?

My son was just plain constipated after I stopped nursing. He was on stool softeners. I did find though, that he did much better with goats milk than cows milk. I guess goats milk has a prebiotic in it that cows does not have.

My kids love unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Mt son drinks oat milk and loves it!

She could be allergic to the lactose (sugar in the milk). She needs a lactose free milk.

Just make sure the calorie content matches up to cows milk whatever you choose
