Resinol works wonders. It’s kept behind the pharmacy counter so you have to ask for it

Bag Balm and Baking soda baths

Calmoseptine!! Sometimes its over the counter, ask the pharmacist if they have it.

I always liked A&D ointment

Caldesine powder is great will heal it over night

Ban roll on deodorant helps my nephew

Clean and dry area. Apply antifungal cream like lotrimin (desitin too weak). Then put on a heavy coat of zinc oxide or other heavy barrier. Do this every time you change diaper. Always works. A pharmacist

Dry cornstarch. No ointments, just sprinkle the cornstarch on the rash and diaper loosely. When my oldest daughter got a really bad diaper rash, that is what I used. I swear by it. Within a few hours, rash gone. :wink:
