They have a prescription strength cream. But believe it or not my son had a rash so bad I finally resorted to my nipple cream… it worked wonders…
A&D ointment i swear by it.

I used to use cornstarch to keep baby dryer. Use cloth diaper rather than plastic. Keep baby bare butt as much as possible to let air heal.
And this every diper change to prevent, it creates a protective layer

I used Bag balm on my baby’s bottoms and it worked wonders I cradle cap, dried lips elbows and feet
