Do not leave! Clean him out in court! Hopefully your on the mortgage and not working. Clean the bank account out if your on it and put it somewhere in your name. Make him pay alimony and health insurance. Make sure you get half or a percentage of his retirement and 401k. Get a lawyer and see what you can get in your state. Best of luck.

Well I’ve actually been there done that and I was livid but didn’t wanna go to jail so I did the next best thing. I personally immediately walked out my door went to Walmart and bought new locks for the house and I changed them myself before that man even got home when he got here he couldn’t get in and his shit was on the porch took half out of the joint account and called a lawyer. Save whatever proof you can get, pack 1 week worth of clothes/items. Make sure you get everything you would need for 1 week. Write a note simply tell him you know he’s cheating (by the note, leave his old phone with the messages already pulled up) tell him you want a separation/divorce. After you both have calmed down (about 1 week), then make a plan to talk (if that’s what you would want). You can either discuss how to move on still together, or make a plan for living situations during this separation/divorce. Go stay with someone. Make sure to withdraw some cash beforehand.
